Holly Smith

Holly is a Manager with HORNE’s Government Services team. She is responsible for working with state and local units of government to design and administer their Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery programs to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations. She is responsible for drafting action plans, developing policies and procedures, providing quality assurance, as well as providing technical support to staff members. She is the firm subject matter expert on utilizing CDBG funds for multifamily housing programs.
