A Summer of Service and Giving Back

“We and Service.” Here at HORNE, this is what our culture is founded on. For our team members, a big part of living this out is through our annual Summer of Service program, which honors our commitment to our communities.

Each summer, every single HORNE team member is given a day to serve in their local community alongside a team of HORNE peers. This year, we served 40 different organizations across seven states and one US territory, totaling more than 2,300 volunteer hours. That’s the equivalent of one full-time team member devoted to community service, plus some!

Life can be hectic with the everyday commitments to family and work, so I am thankful for a firm which gives us the time to serve those around us, encouraging us to enrich not only the lives of others, but also our own.
