As a talent recruiter for the firm, that is a question I get a lot. And, quite honestly, I think there are a lot of reasons I could tell you. We each connect our personal purpose to the Horne accounting firm in different ways. For me, it’s the Wise Firm we’re building. Belonging at HORNE means we’re creating a place where everyone can reach their full potential. For us, that means championing an inclusive culture through intentional actions, resources and relationships across the firm that help each other grow. A beBetter mindset means we challenge the status quo. Every day. “beBetter” is everywhere at HORNE. We say it. We’ve named reports after it. But even more than that, we’ve internalized it. It’s a part of everything we do and it means life here is never boring!
