As 2020 winds down, I think we are collectively breathing a sigh of relief that we made it through an extremely challenging year.
With all that 2020 has thrown at us, it’s no wonder that people are feeling overwhelmed. We were inundated with uncertainty, and wearing masks, social distancing and all things virtual became the new norm. But we also saw people come together, doing all that they can to make things better for others. I think it’s important to take a minute to recognize and celebrate this.
How has 2020 challenged or changed you? Disruption and challenges make us stronger. Being anticipatory helps us find new pathways when old ones get too crowded or go away. How can we anticipate the next opportunity?
As I reflect on the most popular beBetter blogs of 2020, learning to navigate uncertainty and embrace all the valuable lessons that 2020 has given us were clear themes. Let’s take a look back at the most popular beBetter blogs of the year. Happy reading… and Happy New Year!
A Sign of Panic

A Prayer for All of Us
Having the intent for HORNE and myself to make a difference during this time of social unrest, I wanted to share my prayer with you. Am I on Mute?
It's silent on our nine-person zoom call as one of our partners, Bruce, shares very relevant insights with us. We are (again) experiencing that uncomfortable quiet where no one feels compelled to speak up. Crickets! I think this happens more than we want to admit in our new virtual communication world.
